We are a group of engineering students from JSPM’s Rajarshi Shahu College Of Engineering, Pune, who are passionate about research and design project. Team Redline Racing was conceived in the year 2014 when a few aspirated colleagues decided to go beyond classroom learning and create something by applying theory into practice. The team is blend of students from various years and branches where each member contributes towards the team in specialized areas of interest. Over the years, our team has showcased the exponential growth both on and off-pitch. In the 5 years we have been competing, we went from a rookie team with AIR 75 in 2015 to AIR 3 in 2019. But that will never be enough. The times are changing and it's getting harder to stand your footing, one must always try to push their limits. Over the years, our team has grown and so have the ideas to make the vehicle more efficiently. This stems from the team learning more varied techniques to design the vehicle and cut the excess usage of materials. We employ new software's to test the vehicle and its benefitted us at every turn. We have started to work on the parts using generative design; a process that is revolutionizing modern car designs all over the world. Keeping up with the times helps one to think ahead and be the change. We at team redline believe in pushing our limits day in day out. We are obsessed about the vehicle and that is why we won’t stop trying to make it better.
